This vertical jump workout will help you increase your reactive ability and strength.
This vertical jump workout includes plyometrics and strength training.
This is only 1 vertical jump workout out of 36 in the Vertical Jump Truth dunk training system.
The Vertical Jump Truth Workout.
1 Leg Up and Down and Side To Side Jumps 4×15-20 reps
Side To Side Basketball Jumps 4×6 reps
Jumping For Max Height and Dunking Until Performance Decrease
Rhythmic Lunges Jumps 4×6 reps
Short Distance Sprints 4 times
Barbell Jump Squats 4×5 reps
Barbell Squats 5×5 reps
Barbell Lunges 3×6 reps
Calf Raise Machine 3×20 reps
Do not do this workout more than twice a week.
Get at least 2-3 days of rest between workout days!

Someone help me…I'm 5'7/5'8 I'm 134 about to start sophomore year I just started trying to dunk. Start of summer I couldn't even dunk on 8/8.5 now I'm dunking on 9/grabbing 9.5 I set a goal to be dunking October 31st . I've been doing box jump, leg press on 130lbs, ankle weight, backboard touches etc. what do I need to get that .5 inch to dunk? Someone help please

Im 14 5'9 & i need 4 more inches to dunk on a 10 foot rim, Only thing i fear is that i would probably grow more even tho in basketball terms being tall is great i dont want to grow past 6'0. Will i grow taller? Already hit my growth spurt btw
An I able to still to jump high if I don't do the weight lifting part I don't own any and I don't live were there's a gym around I'm 5"6
I guess my vertical is natural because I started dunking when I was 14 as soon as I hit 5'10. Pretty amazing to me. My friend 6'3 but can't dunk. I think it has something to do with body fat, genetics, and plyometrics also. Not just leg work outs.
